Terms of Service

Last updated October 26, 2026

The agreement

These Terms of Service are an agreement between Lulo Consulting Inc., doing business as Eleventy Software (“Eleventy”, the “Provider”) and the business that creates an Eleventy account (“you”, the “Customer”). You accept them when you create an account or use Eleventy. The person who accepts them for a business confirms that they can bind that business.

They are made of the Order Form and Key Terms below, the Changes to the Standard Terms below, and the Common Paper Cloud Service Standard Terms Version 2.1 (the “Standard Terms”), which are part of these terms by reference. Words with capital letters have the meaning the Standard Terms give them. If these parts disagree, the Changes to the Standard Terms come first, then the Order Form and Key Terms, then the Standard Terms.

Eleventy is for businesses. It is not offered to consumers.

Changes to the Standard Terms

1. Availability

The Cloud Service is provided as available. The Provider does not promise that it, or any booking site, will be available at all times or free of errors. It may be interrupted for maintenance, updates or failures, including failures of the services the Provider relies on, such as hosting, database, payment, email, maps and e-signature providers. The Provider tries to announce planned maintenance in advance.

The Provider is not liable for bookings, sales, revenue or customers that the Customer loses while the Cloud Service, a booking site or any part of them is unavailable or does not work as expected.

2. Customer Content and backups

The Provider keeps backups of Customer Content using commercially reasonable efforts, but does not guarantee that any data can be recovered. If Customer Content is lost or damaged, the Provider's only obligation, and the Customer's only remedy, is for the Provider to use commercially reasonable efforts to restore it from the latest backup it has. The Customer keeps its own copy of the records it needs to run its business.

3. Damages

In addition to Section 8.2 of the Standard Terms, and with the same exceptions, neither party is liable for loss of data, loss of bookings or business, business interruption or loss of goodwill.

4. Payments from the Customer's customers

Payments from the Customer's customers go directly to the Customer's own Stripe account. The Customer is the merchant of record and has its own agreement with Stripe. The Customer handles refunds, disputes, chargebacks and the taxes on its own sales. The Provider never receives or holds these funds and is not responsible for Stripe's services.

5. The Customer's business

The Customer alone is responsible for its rentals and services: its prices, rental terms, cancellation and refund rules, deliveries, safety, taxes, permits and the laws that apply to them, and for its relationship with its customers. The Provider is not a party to any booking.

Any extra that the Customer sells, including cancellation insurance or protection, is the Customer's own offer. The Provider does not provide insurance. The text of any rental agreement that the Customer sends for signature is the Customer's.

6. Free trial

A new account gets a free trial of 30 days, with no payment method needed. If the Customer has not subscribed when the trial ends, its booking site keeps working for 3 more days. Then the account is suspended (the booking site goes offline and the dashboard is read-only) until the Customer subscribes. The Provider may change or end free trials for new accounts.

7. Plan changes, cancellation and refunds

An upgrade takes effect at once. A downgrade also takes effect at once, and the unused part of the current period is credited to the next invoice. When the Customer cancels, its subscription does not renew, and the Cloud Service stays available until the end of the period already paid.

Fees are not refundable, including the unused part of a yearly subscription, except where the law requires a refund. The Provider gives at least 30 days' notice of a price change, which applies from the next Subscription Period.

8. Accounts and staff

The Customer is responsible for the logins it creates for its managers and staff, for keeping sign-in links and codes private, and for everything done under its account.

9. When an account ends

The Provider may delete Customer Content 60 days after the agreement ends. If the Customer asks before then, the Provider sends a copy of its bookings and customers in a common format, such as CSV.

10. Changes to these terms

The Provider may update these terms. It posts the new version on this page with a new date, and it emails the Customer at least 30 days before a material change takes effect. If the Customer keeps using the Cloud Service after that date, it accepts the new terms.
