Questions, answered.
Who holds the money?
You do. Every payment is a direct charge on your own Stripe account; Eleventy never touches it. Stripe's standard card rate applies, and Eleventy adds nothing per booking. Your plan is the only thing you pay us.
What do my customers see?
Your business. Your name, logo and colors on your booking site, and emails from your business name with your reply address. A small “Powered by Eleventy” line in the footer is the only sign of us, and on Pro you can hide it.
Do I need a Stripe account?
To take card payments, yes. Connecting one takes a few minutes during setup, and you can do it later. Without it your site still takes booking requests, and you record the payments you collect yourself.
What happens when the trial ends?
Add a card any time during the 30 days and you're charged from the day the trial ends, not before. If you don't, your booking site keeps working for 3 more days, then it pauses until you subscribe. Nothing is deleted.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Any time. An upgrade applies at once. A downgrade keeps your data and switches off the features of the higher plan. There is no contract and no setup fee.
What does Basic do without the stock check?
Basic takes bookings and payments but doesn't count your letters, so two customers could book the same letters for the same day. It suits an owner with one set who checks by hand. Plus adds the check.
Does it work in Canada?
Yes. Pick Canada when you sign up: postal codes, provinces, HST/GST on every price, and your customers pay in Canadian dollars. Your subscription is billed in US dollars.
I already have bookings in another system. Can I bring them?
Yes. Whether you keep them in a calendar, a spreadsheet or another booking tool, send us what you have and we load your upcoming bookings, with your customers, before you go live. Tell us what you use today in the form below.
